Cancellation, No Show and Large Service Policy
We require a credit card number to reserve an appointment for ALL clients. If you need to cancel your appointment, we request that you provide us with a 24-hour notice. Otherwise, you will be charged for the missed appointment.
Existing clients who cancel their appointments without proper notice (at least 24 hours in advance), or do not show up for their reserved appointment, will be considered a “No-Show.” Should this be the case, you will be charged for the missed appointment.
A $50.00 deposit will be necessary to book any large service (a service lasting 2 hours or longer), such as balayage, foils, eyelash extensions, keratin treatments, etc. The deposit will be deducted from the service total the day the service is provided. Pricing will be determined at the time of your service, or during a consultation with your stylist.
We understand that emergency situations arise from time to time, however, we are seeing a rise in no-shows and late cancellation notices, and we feel that it is affecting our clients who are on our waiting list or have a need to reschedule their appointments in advance.
Additionally, when appointments are missed, our commissioned staff misses out on the opportunity to fill their schedules with clients who are on a cancellation list.
