Elavina Cancellation Policy
Elavína Salon and Spa continually strives to provide excellent service to all our clients. In order to continue to do so, we have instituted a “Cancellation and No-Show Policy.” Last minute cancellations and no-shows leave openings in our schedules that cannot be filled at the last minute with clients waiting for appointments.
Effective January 18, 2016:
We require a credit card number to reserve your appointment and request that you provide 24-hour notice for any cancellation
Clients who cancel their appointments without proper notice or do not show up for their reserved appointment will be considered a “No-Show”. Should this be the case, we reserve the right to charge a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service, absent a compelling reason. If you are a No-Show for a scheduled appointment, you will receive a call from us informing you that you missed an appointment and we will reschedule the missed appointment at a convenient time for you; however, the fee incurred must be paid before you book the appointment. You will have the option to charge it to your credit card on file, at your discretion. We understand that emergency situations arise from time to time, however, we are seeing a rise in no-shows and late cancellation notices, and we feel that it’s affecting our clients who are on our waiting list or have a need to reschedule their appointments in advance.
