Elavina Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Elavína Salon and Spa continually strives to provide excellent service to all our clients. In order to continue to do so, we have instituted a “Cancellation and No-Show Policy.”
Last minute cancellations and no-shows leave openings in our schedules that cannot be filled at the last minute with clients waiting for appointments.
Effective July 26, 2018:
We require a credit card number to reserve an appointment for all NEW clients. If you need to cancel your appointment, we request that you provide us with a 24-hour notice. Otherwise, you will be charged for the missed appointment.
Existing clients who cancel their appointments without proper notice (at least 24 hours in advance), or do not show up for their reserved appointment, will be considered a “No-Show.” Should this be the case, we will contact you to reschedule, and at that time we will request your credit card information to be used for any future missed appointments. We reserve the right to charge a fee equal to 50% of your scheduled service, absent a compelling reason
We understand that emergency situations arise from time to time, however, we are seeing a rise in no-shows and late cancellation notices, and we feel that it’s affecting our clients who are on our waiting list or have a need to reschedule their appointments in advance.
Additionally, when appointments are missed, our commissioned staff misses out on the opportunity to fill their schedules with clients who are a cancellation list.
